1. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings can be made online, by phone, or through our official contact channels.
• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message or email from Cab2airport.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any charges.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full fare charges.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Fares and Payments

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable surcharges.
• Payments can be made via cash, card, or approved digital payment methods.
• Additional waiting time or detours may lead to extra charges.

4. Liability and Conduct

• Cab2airport will not be liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
• Passengers must wear seatbelts and behave respectfully towards drivers and vehicles.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged accordingly.
