1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any cancellation fees.
- If you cancel your booking within 12 hours of pickup, a partial charge may apply to cover driver allocation and scheduling costs.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup or after the driver has been dispatched will be charged in full.
- In case of flight delays, we recommend informing us immediately so we can adjust your pickup time accordingly.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- No refund will be issued for no-shows or incorrect booking information provided by the passenger.
- If a booking is cancelled by Cab2airport due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
